Hydraulic clutch systems work on the same principle as your brakes or your power steering system. Hydraulic pressure, created by pressing the clutch pedal, is used to operate the clutch, allowing you to change gears while driving. When you press on the pedal, the clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder work to send fluid pressure to the clutch. Over time, these cylinders degrade and wear out. Seals dry out and crack, reservoirs crack and fail, and the system degrades. Eventually, damage and leakage will stop it from working entirely. At Quickco, we provide solutions for all types of manual transmissions. We stock master cylinder and slave cylinder replacements, clutch cables, and can even provide MOT-approved fluid for the system. Our components feature OEM specificational fit and function as well, so you know you’re getting the right parts every time.
